Sunlight

Before any panel is placed, we record the clear terrace area, the shade cast by tanks and stairwells, and the route by which material will reach the roof.
The array
The array is set out to your roof.
The layout is developed around the available area and the existing structure, rather than adapted from a standard drawing.
Generation
Each module generates direct current.
String by string, the current is carried across the roof towards the inverter.
The strings
Cabling follows a defined route.
Modules are wired into strings and carried in tray, so that no part of the system requires access across the waterproofing in later years.
Conversion
The inverter converts it to usable supply.
Direct current from the roof is converted to the alternating current that serves machinery, lifts, lighting and air conditioning.
Protection
Every circuit carries its own protection.
ACDB, DCDB, earthing and surge protection, sized to the site and labelled so that the installation can be read by any competent electrician.
Connection
Generation serves the premises before the grid.
We install the net meter and conduct the DGVCL process. The grid supplies the balance that the roof does not cover.
Testing and handover
Nothing is handed over untested.
Protection, earthing and every termination are tested. Drawings, test reports and approvals are issued as a single handover file.
The result
Your monthly consumption from the grid falls.

Commercial considerations
The commercial case for rooftop solar.
Three numbers decide whether it makes sense for you. None of them is the price of a panel.
Solar assets carry 40% accelerated depreciation in year one under Section 32 of the Income Tax Act, unchanged in the 2025–26 Finance Act. On a plant put to use in the same year, a further 20% additional depreciation may apply. Your CA confirms the position for your books.
An LT commercial or industrial unit in Gujarat lands near this once the energy charge, FPPPA at ₹2.30 per unit and duty are counted. Generation from your own roof displaces units at that rate first, during the hours your plant is running.
Gujarat allows net metering from 1 kW up to 1 MW; beyond that the arrangement changes. Sanctioned load, transformer capacity in your area and consumer category decide what your site can actually export.
Figures are the published position, not a quotation. The landed cost per unit for your site depends on roof, structure, connection and scope — which is what the survey settles. Figures are indicative and subject to applicable government regulations, tariff structure, project conditions and tax treatment.
Before appointment
Questions clients raise before appointing us.
These four arise on almost every project. Our position on each is set out below.

Will it stop my production?
No. The roof and structure work happens around your shifts. Only the final connection needs a short power cut, and we agree that time with your electrician well before we start — you will never be told on the day.

Can my roof take the weight?
We check that before we quote — the sheet condition, the structure underneath and how the panels will be fixed. If the roof needs repair first, we tell you and price it, instead of building on top of a problem.

Who handles the government paperwork?
We do. The DISCOM application, the drawings, net metering and the final inspection are all part of our job. You sign where your signature is needed and we take care of the rest.

Who do I call if something goes wrong?
Us. The same licensed contractor supplies the panels, builds the structure, does the wiring and completes the connection. You are not chasing three different vendors in year four.

Two of these come from the manufacturer and two come from us. We put which is which in the proposal, so nothing depends on what was said on a call.

Tier-1 modules carry a linear performance warranty for 25 years, alongside a separate product warranty on the panel itself. The exact terms come with the equipment schedule.

How do you size solar for a factory?
We begin with recent bills and the daytime load profile, then check whether the usable roof and electrical connection can support that capacity. The calculator gives a first estimate; the survey confirms it.
Will solar run the plant during a power cut?
A standard grid-tied system will not. When the supply fails the inverter disconnects automatically — that is a safety requirement, so the array cannot energise a line crew is working on. If you need specific loads to ride through an outage, that is a different architecture and we will discuss it against your load profile at the survey.
Will installation stop production?
Most roof and mounting work can be planned without stopping production. Any final electrical shutdown is discussed with the facility team and scheduled around an agreed window.
Is PM Surya Ghar subsidy available for a factory or office?
The central financial assistance promoted under PM Surya Ghar is for eligible residential consumers and RWAs. A factory or commercial buyer should instead review the current DISCOM route, financing and tax treatment for that specific project.
What should I send before the first call?
A recent electricity bill and the project location are enough to start. Sanctioned-load details, roof drawings and transformer or DG information help if they are already available.
Do you handle net-metering and DISCOM paperwork?
We include the applicable application, drawings, liaison and commissioning documents in the project route. The exact steps depend on the consumer category, capacity and current regulations.
